TERMS & CONDITIONS — CREATIVE CAPTURE STUDIO

Creative Capture Studio ("we", "us", "our") is a photography, videography and event-production studio based in London, United Kingdom, operated by Cristiano Lombardi (sole trader). These terms apply to all bookings, subscriptions and purchases made with us. By booking a session, subscribing to a plan, or buying from our shop, you agree to these terms.
1. OUR SERVICES
We provide photography, videography and content creation for events, brands and individuals, including monthly content subscriptions for businesses. The exact deliverables, dates and locations are agreed in writing before each project.
2. BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS
To confirm a booking we require a 40% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your date and covers our planning and preparation. The remaining balance is due before delivery of the final files, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
3. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
You may reschedule a session with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability, and your deposit carries over to the new date. Cancellations made after the deposit is paid forfeit the deposit. Monthly business subscriptions are rolling and can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date — no further payments will be taken, and work already delivered is not refundable.
4. PAYMENTS
Prices are as quoted or as shown on the site. Payments are processed securely through Wix. Members' additional shoots are quoted on request. If a balance is not paid by the agreed date, we may hold delivery of the files until payment is received.
5. SHOP & PRODUCTS
For items bought through our shop, your statutory rights under UK consumer law apply. Physical products may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition. Digital products, downloads and personalised or made-to-order items (including edited photos and custom content) are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period once work has begun or the download has been accessed, to the extent permitted by law.
6. TRAVEL
Travel within Greater London is included. Work outside Greater London may incur a travel charge, agreed in advance.
7. YOUR CONTENT & IMAGE RIGHTS
Where people appear in a shoot, you confirm you have the right to be photographed or filmed and, for group or event work, that attendees are aware filming may take place. We may ask for a written model or consent release for certain uses. Please tell us before the shoot if anyone must not be photographed.
8. COPYRIGHT & USAGE LICENCE
We retain copyright in all photos and video we create. On full payment, you receive a licence to use the delivered files for the purposes agreed — for business clients, full commercial rights to the delivered content. We may use non-confidential work in our portfolio, website and social media unless you ask us in writing not to.
9. DELIVERY
We deliver edited photos and video within the timeframe agreed for each project. For monthly business plans, this is typically within 72 hours of the shoot. Turnaround for larger events is confirmed in writing.
10. LIABILITY
We take every care to deliver your project to a high standard. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. THINGS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
If we cannot perform a booking due to events beyond our reasonable control (such as illness, equipment failure, extreme weather or venue issues), we will offer to reschedule or, where that is not possible, refund payments for work not delivered.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
